2006 BIBLE SOCIETY OF MALAWI ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2006 Bible Society of Malawi Annual General Meeting was held in Mzuzu on 27th May 2006 at St. Johns of God Conference Hall. This was a historical gathering because, for the first time in BSM history, the AGM was held in the Northern Region.
The meeting was attended by 22 members, 9 board members and 9 members of staff. The meeting started with devotions which were led by Mr. K. Ntonga who shared from Joshua 1:1-8. A minute silence was observed for the late Rev. H. B. Kanjewe, Rev. K.B. Chiswe and Mr. W. Musopole.
The business of the included presentation of audited accounts, reports from the Chairman and Executive Director and appointment of Auditors for 2006.
The meeting re-elected the following board members: Mr. R. Chingota, Rev. B. Kapuchi, Mr. C. Chirambo, Mr. M. Jere and Mr. S. Msiska. Mr. P Masache was newly elected as members of the board.
