Aquaid Lifeline is a Christian Charity working in Malawi with primary school aged, upward, orphan children. It is based in Namisu village near Lunzu and operates two full primary schools, one at Namisu in Lunzu and another one in Zomba
On 10th July 2009 the two schools organized a joint sports bonanza and met in Lunzu at Namisu along with five surrounding government primary schools in the Mudi zone
The seven schools competed over a number of athletic disciplines as well as football and netball. The sports bonanza lasted the whole day and attracted thousands of spectators from the surrounding villages
The Bible Society of Malawi was invited and was requested to provide Scripture materials to be given as prizes to all participants and help them interact with God’s Word.
The Bible Society of Malawi distributed 180 NT: SPORT to all participating pupils in different sport disciplines. The Sport New Testaments which is the Word of God for the Sport World was donated to the Bible Society of Malawi by Scottish Bible Society
